1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
Custom or personalized items.

Order number.
Reason for return.
Photos (if applicable) of the product.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Description of the issue.
Photos of the damaged or defective item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, for verified issues.
5. Cancellations
