We accept returns under the following conditions:
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same process as a return. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, for verified issues.
